There's a brand that a lot of brands reference. I know this because I hear brands ask about this brand a lot. This brand seemed to have become a real overnight success. They went from niche to everywhere. What changed you might ask? I know what changed. Instead of spending $100,000 a month on Paid, they spent 8-figures. A month. On Meta. Alone.
Meaning they made their own momentum by spending like all hell. That does not mean their spend was profitable. It does not mean that this is a good idea.
What it does mean is that you shouldn't copy a brand that becomes everywhere just because it is... everywhere. Because any brand can be everywhere if they spend an astronomical amount of money and don't control their frequency on Paid.
Follow your own data and learn from the brands around you, but kindly do not assume they are always running healthy businesses. Look at Foxtrot! Who woulda known?
