Tanya Ramos-Puig is President of the Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation. As the top executive in the organization, she is responsible for advancing its mission to further international awareness and appreciation of Latin music and its contribution to global culture. Over the past two decades, Ramos-Puig has devoted her career to improving educational opportunities and life outcomes for youth in the most under-resourced communities, including most recently as CEO of Pencils of Promise.
