GO-TO-MARKET TIP OF THE WEEK:

2 of my brands had their Meta accounts go down in the last 2 weeks. 1 was a payment flag (they had no issue with payment and it was a Meta glitch). The other was hacked and turned off as a precaution.

Both instances were temporary. But could be very damaging if there wasn't immediate action. We ripped WAY MORE EMAILS and diverted some incremental spend to AppLovin and Demand Gen. We also set up a backup Meta account for 1 of the brands as it took what felt like a long time to get the issue sorted. We're going to keep that backup account warm in case this ever comes up again.

In moments like this I'm glad to have more than 1 working channel that drives TOF and DEMAND. Both of these brands are diversified across Meta, CTV, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, OOH.

Never put all of your eggs in 1 basket. 🐇
