In purchasing, he forgot to input his welcome discount code. Definitely didn't get that from me.
He called customer service. There was a phone number to call. He wants me to tell you that "It was easy to find the contact number."
They answered on the 1st ring and the automated system that got him to a live human wasn't infuriating. He then speaks to a LOVELY person who refunds the difference of the welcome code. He then calls me to tell me about it. And he says, and I quote, "I have a wonderful feeling about them now".
Nothing that happened was extraordinary. It just was a nice policy from a smallish brand that has a live human there to support. Call me traditional but this still matters. 🎩
