A ready-to-use 2025 planning template

It’s FY25 planning time. In an ideal world, you are planning your full content strategy for 2025, knowing much of it will change––specifically the details. 

Dates will be pushed, forward and back. Product launches will move. SMEs will drop out. New channels or tactics may prove more effective, and you’ll shift.

But what shouldn’t change, if you do this right, are the themes. Themes are the pillars of a strategic narrative that help your company weave together a cohesive narrative across the entire prospect and customer journey. 

Ideally, themes are tops down, coming to you from your leadership team. Often, they come to you from your peers in product marketing. And other times, your team will need to propose themes and get alignment. 

Either way, to plan a good and integrated FY25, you need themes––and then a clear way to give a 10,000 foot view of how that theme comes to life across the content funnel. 

Here is a template to help you do that. Per usual, please make a copy of this doc if you plan to use it. And of course, pull in your own brand colors. These are Contentment branded.
