Bonjour Millionaire,

My son and I have started to do Friday morning 6:30am pancake dates just us and we're both having a great time. I don't let him eat syrup but someone has to.

I also make the restaurant take a picture of us. We usually wear matching yellow outfits or something of the sort. Maybe I need a duck rain jacket? More on that later.

TOOL OF THE WEEK:

Sponsored by Bloomreach

In 5 days, it arrives: The Nightmare on Send Street Live Demo ⚑️ (cue the organs, thunderclap)
A live walkthrough of the 6 biggest & scariest email mistakes brands are making, and how to vanquish 'em.

I love a theme, but I love that it's put on by Bloomreach even more, since their excellent data comes from powering over 900 brands. Highly suggest you tap in!

P.S: if you can't make it live, register anyway so you can get the recording. πŸ‘»
P.P.S. Download the survival guide to all 6 email mistakes so you can protect yourself in advance.

GO-TO-MARKET TIP OF THE WEEK:

I have a dashboard I've built with AI that shows where we should be by hour and by UTM source and when we fall off it sends a slack to sound the alarms. I'm fun in real life I swear LOL.

I do this because I need to know what is wrong when something is wrong. AI helps me find that out.

And, to call myself out, as I built my dashboard I literally asked AI at the end "I'm a Chief Digital Officer, what metric do I not have here that I should be watching that is embarrassing for me to have missed?"

Literally call yourself out.

BRAND OF THE WEEK:

Boden: It arrived! Better than I could have ever dreamed. And raining tomorrow. On Halloween! My little mallard will wear this before switching into his Donald Duck costume for evening. I'm Pluto.

WEBSITE OF THE WEEK:

mesΒ° beauty: But this isn't a compliment (I'm sorry!) Sharing here as a warning to not launch a brand with reviews showing. You have no customers. You are starting from scratch. Hide the fucking widget until you've collected 100 reviews per product. Do so via CRM. Don't be a sitting duck! πŸ¦†

Sara R. is graffiti!

MEME OF THE WEEK:

AU REVOIR!

My favorite candy of the moment is almond joy. That was so embarrassing to type. Please don't unsubscribe!
