Hey Marketing Bestie,
Apparently 82% of all workers are using AI on the job. You’re probably one of them. We are too! Yay.
So things should get easier now, right? Faster? Smoother? More productive? Right??
Not always. That’s because most of the tools we’re using work in isolation. There’s still a lot of operations to manage… and that work doesn’t get the same recognition as, like, crushing your KPIs.
It’s invisible work. And it takes up a LOT of our time.
On a normal day, that’s annoying. But now that we’re in Q4, it’s risky.
2027 strategy is getting locked in over the next few weeks. Headcount, budget, and tools get decided on what leadership can see. If your work is invisible, so is your case.
It’s not all gloomy doom, though.
Next week Daniel Murray is going live to uncover how you can use AI to optimize your marketing ops.
He’ll cover the gaps that lead to time-sucks like…
- Searching through 14 tabs to find 1 file
- The handoff that’s been “in progress” since Tuesday
-
The AI draft you spent an hour un-AI-ing
- The budget review where you know the work happened, you just can’t prove it
“I already have too many meetings.” – you, probably.
Same. That’s kind of the point. Close these gaps, and a lot of those meetings disappear.
See you there,
