The Wolf's Take

Bin There Dump That is one of the cheapest true entry points I've seen in a while.

You're looking at a total investment under $240K, which is rare in a category that usually demands six figures just for the trucks.

The model itself is smart too. It’s a bin small enough to sit in a driveway without a permit fight, sold into a category (junk removal, cleanouts, reno debris) that isn't ever going anywhere, but the numbers don't cleanly clear my usual bar here.

Average revenue per truck sits somewhere around $274K–$294K against that investment, which works out to roughly 1.6x, and that's before you factor in that multi-truck operators (which this system pushes toward with its "City Builder" packages) could be pulling those averages in either direction.

I'd also want a hard number on total U.S. locations before calling this "under 250" with confidence…different sources have this brand anywhere from the low 200s to 275.

It just makes it a business where you need the real Item 19 in front of you, not the internet's version of it, before you write a check.

Due diligence aside, I’m a fan of this brand!

Loved this tweet from Dan Koe, because it really puts into perspective how much your attention shapes your overall thoughts.

A part of life is just finding balance among the constant yin and yang, and I think it’s such a simple lesson that it’s easy to forget sometimes.
