The hour was packed with insights, but here are a few of my favorite moments.

1. Airlines are basically credit card companies that fly planes. Delta made $8.2B off its Amex partnership last year.
2. The two reasons embedded payments programs fail. Both have to do with regulation. Neither is what you'd expect.
3. Fraud doesn't look like fraud. It looks like a reconciliation anomaly. Here's why that makes it so dangerous.
4. "One throat to choke." Why the wrong vendor stack means nobody's accountable when something breaks.
5. What it really costs to run embedded payments at scale. Most platforms get this wrong.
