Enjoy! Was this email forwarded to you? FROM THE WOLF DEN 1) Huey Magoo's Accelerates 2026 Growth With 60 New Restaurants Awarded![]() Huey Magoo's just handed out its biggest batch of development rights of the year. The "Filet Mignon of Chicken" brand awarded development rights for 60 new restaurants to eight separate franchise groups, spreading its footprint across Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas and Virginia. "2026 has been an exciting year of growth for Huey Magoo's, and the momentum continues to build," said Andy Howard, President and CEO of Huey Magoo's Restaurants, LLC. "We remain focused on finding the right operators, developing the right markets, and growing Huey Magoo's responsibly for the long term." The brand currently runs 92 restaurants across 13 states and expects to cross 100 open locations by year's end. Combined with restaurants already opening in 2026, the new commitments push Huey Magoo's total pipeline past 200 restaurants in various stages of development — a pretty aggressive runway for a chicken tender chain that's still a relative newcomer to several of these markets. 2) STRONG Pilates Accelerates Global Momentum With Expansion Into Central and Eastern Europe![]() The Melbourne-founded fitness concept just picked its runway into a new continent. STRONG Pilates signed a Master Franchise partnership with Xtreme Brands, Poland's largest wellness franchise operator, to drive its expansion across Central and Eastern Europe, starting with Poland and the Czech Republic. The deal pushes the brand's global footprint to 16 countries. "Xtreme Brands is a leader in the wellness space with strong franchising credibility, experience and values that align closely with ours," said Michael Ramsey, Co-founder and CEO of STRONG Pilates. "Our partnership gives us enormous confidence in our expansion across Europe." Xtreme Brands already runs 189 Xtreme Fitness Gyms clubs and is adding roughly three new locations a week; STRONG Pilates will be the first outside brand to join that portfolio. Xtreme is targeting 750 operating locations across the region by 2030, with STRONG Pilates studios expected to make up a meaningful chunk of that growth. 3) Dog Haus Enters Mexico, Launching Multi-Unit Expansion With First Restaurant in Mérida![]() Dog Haus is officially off the continent for the first time. The Pasadena-born burger, dog and sausage concept opened its first international restaurant in Mérida, Yucatán, with two more Mexico locations planned before year's end. "Entering Mexico is an important milestone for Dog Haus as we continue expanding into markets that value premium ingredients, a chef-driven menu and an elevated sports bar experience," said Erik Hartung, Executive Vice President of Dog Haus. "Mérida is the first step in our long-term growth strategy, and we're excited to introduce our innovative culinary approach to communities across Mexico." Dog Haus runs more than 50 U.S. locations under founders Hagop Giragossian, Quasim Riaz and André Vener.
