| Bonjour Millionaire, I'm not much of a wallflower, and I'll never lie to you. I'm sooooooo often asked for agencies that I vouch for. Probably because again, I'm not much of a wallflower and I never lie...  Was this email forwarded to you? ON THIS EPISODE OF GO-TO-MILLIONS  The 2 screenshots are from 2 completely separate questions from 2 of my friends. Seeing as you're my friends too, and seeing as I worked at an agency for 5 fucking years, I want you to know everything that I know. And, everyone. So that I can help give it to you straight. Agency life is really cool because you see the industry move and shake and who gets sold what to. By that I mean you can see the agencies that exist in the ecosystem around you, as you share clients across different scopes and work together. The 2 screenshots are warnings sent to friends when asked if someone they were about to work with was good enough. Maybe I'll give out a warning list but maybe I don't have the guts for that yet. So, instead, today, let's go through several agencies and freelancers I have a really good opinion of, that I saw up close back from my agency life. This is past tense but I know these people to be good. I have been at Salt & Stone as Chief Digital Officer since October '25. So, this list is a little outdated but I still feel good sharing it to you as I saw the people and companies listed here do good work over the course of 5 years. Half a decade. Can you believe? The list below is strictly who I have seen CRUSH IT UP CLOSE. To be clear, I'm not saying I currently use any of these agencies or freelancers or all of them. These are freelancerss and agencies I've seen up close that do good work. That's all. Still, it should be helpful as almost everyone I know guards the agencies and freelancers they love with their full chests. Nobody listed below knows I'm doing this and nobody pays me to say this. I get my Sephora $ elsewhere, thank you very much. ARI'S LISTFor TV, I've seen Greg Schwartz (from Household TV) transform the biggest supplement brand in our industry and he is the best there is. I know him really, really well as we've worked together since 2020 and have launched brands together. He's good because he's not a career TV guy. He's a career ecom growth guy that was early to TV and has made it full-funnel. I like his work so much that I also hired his sister full-time and worked together for many years because they are smart people. She's now at Mars Men and I'm sure he would kill TV for them but I don't know if he is already working with them because, again, I didn't tell anyone I was making this list. My strongest vouch, and hi Julia! For Shopify website design, go visit my friends Jaz Fenton and Amber Warren at Otherhalf Studio. Jaz was my former Director of Design and Amber was my former Principal Designer (we were coworkers and I was their boss but we're great friends and always have been). BTW, we are great friends because they are excellent and I have trouble being friends with people that suck LOL. You may recognize their names as I have talked about them both in Go-to-Millions since the beginning and they are great. Here's how you know I wasn't told to say this: they are based in Canada so you can build a perfect website for cheaper than you could if you hired a US agency. My strongest vouch, and hi Jaz and Amber. For freelance Meta buying, I couldn't respect Kyle Leach or Mike Lukashewich more. They are ex-Homestead and don't fuck around. Saw them up close and they kill. They don't work together but both get busy (I think they are both fully independent), so try your luck. For Shopify development (engineering), Jeet Patel is unbelievable. UNBELIEVABLE. He runs a full agency, called Isrcit, and has dozens of developers. Extremely well-priced. For freelance performance creative and brand strategy, Carly Osborne. You know her name well if you read Go-to-Millions. DM her on LinkedIn. She doesn't have a website because she doesn't need 1. Or maybe she does, but again, I didn't tell her I was listing her. Great person to have on set with you. For subscription and LTV-optimization, Jordan Narducci. He was my boss in 2018 and we worked at a subscription brand together. I think he was Recharge's 1st client? Ever? Something crazy like that. If you sell supplements, or if you have a CPG brand (particularly in food & bev), I really think he's worth a call. DM him on LinkedIn. For branding and identity, Dayjob. Saw so many brands you all buy come to life under their direction, and I was there watching them build those brands pre-launch and it was sick. I love them so much that I made my Go-to-Millions team inquire about a new brand identity for Go-to-Millions but was sooooo out of our price range. Totally fair, and I'm not known for my inexpensive taste. Die for Dayjob. For CX, Open Late Collective is my favorite CX agency. I met Jess Cervellon while working with Feastables and if someone can manage CX for Feastables, they can manage it for you. I also saw her post-Feastables for many clients we overlapped on and she's great. And, fun to work with. ARI'S LIST IS TOO LONGI have soooooo many more to share but this is getting a little long. Want more another time? I will also leave you with this: There is not agency that can come in and fix your life. If your brand can never work well with paid social agencies, you might be spending too much and be too intense and need to inhouse it. If your brand can never get a dev agency to tweak your site in a way that fits your budget, maybe your site needs to be town down to the studs and your budget is too constrained.
