It’s coming for your bullsh*t. Three-week sprints are now one week. The brands building AI-native ops today have an 18-month head start.

Happy Thursday!

This is the third time Liam and I have recorded together, and every time the conversation is completely different because the technology is completely different. When we first recorded, ChatGPT was the whole show. Now we're fully in the agentic era. I pulled the most important stuff below.

Vendor of the Week

Jurni — the AI product I worried would replace my landing page agency.

One of the reasons I started HOOX, my landing page agency, was because I’m a firm believer that different audiences should get different web experiences. Someone coming from a Meta ad, a creator post, an email, or an SMS is in a completely different headspace. Sending all of them to the same page never made sense.

Speed was the other thing brands wanted. But a full wireframe could take a week, design another week with all the back and forth, then a few more days for development, QA, and launch.

Jurni collapses that timeline. It reads your ads, understands the shopper behind each click, then builds the matching agentic landing experience from a prompt in minutes. A listicle, advertorial, quiz, creator page, bundle page, whatever fits the traffic.

You can keep the prompt basic: "Build me a 7-reasons listicle linking to the PDP." Or connect a live ad, choose a persona, and let Jurni read the creative and build a persona-focused experience carrying the ad's intent, like one made for tired moms shopping after-school snacks.

That changes who has the leverage. A marketer can go from idea to execution, launch the page, test it against the PDP, and see CVR, ROAS, and AOV side by side without waiting on design or dev. Jurni customers see 45%+ CVR lift, 35% lower CPA, and 50% higher ROAS versus static pages.

If you’re still sending every shopper to the same static page, book a quick Jurni demo and see what you could build instead.

The Agentic Era Has Arrived. Here's What It Actually Looks Like.

The first wave of AI was the chat interface. You typed a question, you got an answer. That was useful. The second wave was prompting AI to go do things. Better. But the wave we're in right now is something different: AI that acts proactively, with full context of your business, before you even ask.

Liam told a story that captures this perfectly. He booked a flight from the wrong city. Before he realized the mistake, his AI assistant pinged him on WhatsApp: "Your flight is in two days, but all your other events that day are in Sydney and this flight departs Melbourne. Looks like you may have booked it backwards. Want me to help you fix it?" He didn't ask it to solve the problem. It had enough context to find the problem on its own.

That's where we are. And for ecommerce operators specifically, the implications are enormous.

The Biggest Takeaways

  • We're in the agentic era now. AI isn't waiting for you to ask it questions anymore. With the right context, it's finding problems, drafting solutions, and flagging things you didn't know to look for. If your AI tools are still just chat interfaces, you're a generation behind.

  • The speed advantage is compounding. Three-week sprints are one-week sprints. One-hour demos are three-hour demos. Questions that used to take days have instant answers. Every week a brand delays adoption is a week of compounding advantage going to someone else.

  • Start at 25%, move fast. The brands that win aren't going all-in overnight. They start with 25% AI execution, learn fast, and scale the percentage as confidence builds. The ones that wait until they have certainty are already behind.

  • The fear is coming from the wrong direction. Founders and CEOs want AI because they want growth. The hesitation is coming from execution-level teams afraid of their jobs. But the Canva moment is coming either way. The people who adopt early become more valuable, not less.

  • Agencies need to get honest. If your agency is billing based on old timelines and old output volumes, they're not an accelerant — they're a brake. The right agency relationship in 2025 is one where they're actively pushing you into AI-native processes, not protecting legacy workflows.

That's all for today

It's Thursday, and it's all downhill from here. Honestly: are you the one holding your team back from moving faster? Take a real look at that this weekend.
