Bonjour Millionaire,

It’s come to my attention that we’re almost halfway through 2026.

Feels like a good time to look back at the New Year’s resolutions I made when I was young-ish and carefree-ish. Dumber.

Halfway through means I’ve still got half the year to get it together. Or to change my mind. 😉

Was this email forwarded to you?

My 1st mid-year resolution: stop misusing buzzwords.

TL;DR: "Omnichannel" = optimizing for EVERY place your customer buys, including in-store.
If your Meta campaigns aren't ingesting in-store purchase data, you're not omnichannel.
But, the Omnichannel Growth Playbook will show you how to get there.

Inside:
✹ Steps to improving your ODQ (Offline Data Quality - you want at least an 8.5)
✹ How to use Meta's Omnichannel Ads to connect online + offline
✹ Precisely which campaigns to activate first

The word "playbook" is usually on my buzzword sh*tlist too, but this one lives up to the name.
Step-by-step instructions. Educational context for why it matters.
Best of all: A FLIPPING GLOSSARY. LFG.

ON THIS EPISODE OF GO-TO-MILLIONS

Let's review.

IN 2026, I RESOLVE(D) TO…

1️⃣. NEVER USE MORE LEVERS THAN NEEDED.
"Ask for levers. Then keep them in the arsenal until they’re absolutely necessary."

Me with the levers I’m saving up:

2️⃣. STUDY 20 NEW BRANDS EACH MONTH.
"I plan to shop online as often as possible, so I can have nice things - wait no, so I can do market research. Plus, shop in person as often as possible to see how people buy."

I’m afraid I’ve only studied maybe 15 brands each month. I resolve to start shopping more as soon as this post is done. I take professional development very seriously.

Favorite brands I’m watching really closely right now: Christopher Esber, Breguet, Call it by your name, Victoria Beckham Beauty (still), YSE Beauty (they renamed themselves to YISE Beauty which I don’t prefer), Loewe (still), Anthropic (it’s a brand), Hormbles Chormbles (I worked on this briefly), and Business & Pleasure Co.

3️⃣. HIT SHIFT + ENTER ON SLACK.
"1st resolution I break, but my intentions are good."

Officially starting to do this tomorrow. I have done horribly here.

4️⃣. AUDIT AD COPY TO MAKE SURE IT’S REALLY SAYING SOMETHING.
"Is it funny? Is it useful? Is it actually speaking to one of my personas? Permission to use."

Worth it to challenge copy and to get talked down. Never good to blindly accept the 1st draft.

5️⃣. BE CHANNEL AGNOSTIC AND DROP PRECONCEIVED NOTIONS.
"Take the free ad credits the universe gives me and try something again, even if it didn’t move the needle before."

1 thing I tried again: AppLovin. The verdict: It’s helpful.

6️⃣. DEMO AT LEAST 3 NEW FEATURES/TOOLS PER MONTH.
"Another meeting, I know. But, how else am I going to discover the little changes to my tech stack that can drive bigger wins? (Stick with me, and I’ll send you a bunch of invites in 2026.)"

1 perk of Go-to-Millions, besides YOUR FRIENDSHIP, is staying up-to-date on tools. This year my tech stack has massively evolved across SMS, Popups, CX, Measurement, Data Infrastructure, ADA, AI. Should we talk about that?

The rest of the year, I’d like to become an absolute beast at the tools that are now in my hands. Every last 1 of them. And, I’m always happy to see new tech. Reach out. I want to have the best evolved tech stack ever. We cannot get left behind.

7️⃣. BUT ALSO FOCUS ON THE FUNDAMENTALS.
"Work what’s working as long as it works."

DONE. Going into Q3, this means being obsessed with performance 7 days a week. 7 DAYS A WEEK.

8️⃣. SCHEDULE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT SLACKS FOR 8 AM.
"Look at me being civilized."

I did this. TWICE. It counts. I am not good at this. I do not like the little snooze button on Slack. I’m sorry about who I am as a person.

9️⃣. BE AI-NTENTIONAL ABOUT CREATIVE.
"Not all of my team’s creative will be AI, but some of it will. And, customers won’t be able to tell the difference."

AI’s advancing at an exponential rate, and so is the slop.

Every day there’s another thing brands need to avoid, lest customers think they’re outsourcing creative to AI and not to be trusted.

Not sold on this yet as evergreen, but time and place.

🔟. TRY EVERY PRODUCT I MARKET.
I have bought with my own money every single launch I’ve launched this year. Because it matters to me and I’m superstitious. Just bought on Prime Day yesterday. Tradition.

Try our Deodorant. You will love it.

1️⃣1️⃣. STOP SAYING BAD THINGS ABOUT NOTION AND LEARN TO USE IT.
"Is this what growth feels like?"

Okay, I tried. I still don’t get it. But if you like Notion, I love that for you. I hate it more than I did.

1️⃣2️⃣. PICK MY BATTLES.
"Fight for the edits I believe in, and lay down my sword when I don’t really know what would work better, so other people’s ideas can come to life."

STORY OF MY LIFE. It’s not easy being a gladiator for growth. (Gladiators have swords, right? Don’t make me look this up.)

I’ve also flat-out avoided some battles by getting in tight with Ops and Finance. They are very smart and I have a lot to learn.

1️⃣3️⃣. STOP THE 1AM CAC ATTACKS.
"No more middle of the night CAC-ulations with my calculator app, unless it’s Black Friday except for once a week."

This is a hard 1 for me, but I figured out something that’s keeping me saner. A Saturday nap.

Okay, I have 1 more mid-year resolution:
Seeing the future + reacting to it faster than anyone.
This is why Lebesgue's insights here are required reading. 🔮🔮🔮

It's their 2026 AI Discovery & Ecommerce Visibility Report.
Data from 35,000+ brands, predicting the future of a channel that already converts 3x vs. search. And is growing 15x YoY.

It's a way to peek at the future BEFORE everyone else has reacted. Not to be missed!

GO-TO-MEME

Back in December, I said, and I quote:

“If I pull off 4 things on this list next year, I’ll be thrilled, proud, and a little surprised.”

I think I’m getting there?

How are you feeling at the halfway point? Rooting for you always.

Yours,
Ari
