| Good Morning Wolf Pack, Today's newsletter highlights Garage Kings, a home services franchise that turns garage renovations into a full one-stop business and is posting average revenue over 3x its investment midpoint. Enjoy! Was this email forwarded to you? FRANCHISE OF THE WEEK Garage KingsFast FactsBackground

Financial Overview
The Wolf's TakeI covered Garage Kings almost 4 years ago, so I’ve enjoyed checking back on them to see where they are now. A $189K–$238K investment producing ~$663K in average revenue is a 3x-plus ratio, and that's rare in home services at this price point. The concept works because Garage Kings is doing entire makeovers. They do cabinets, storage systems, floor coatings, and of course, garage doors, which means more revenue per customer and no reason to call anyone else. I should also add that Item 19 in their FDD is based on roughly 9 franchised locations, so the sample size is thin. Talk to existing owners before leaning too hard on the averages, but the consumer demand is there, and the home improvement tailwind isn't going anywhere anytime soon. ResourcesSMB TWEET OF THE WEEK Something on the Calendar - Sahil BloomThis tweet from Sahil Bloom is a piece of advice I’ve given out a lot this year. One of the absolute easiest life hacks is to always have something to look forward to on any given day, which could be as big as a trip, or as small as trying a new restaurant. WOLF BITES
