The Peach Cobbler Factory has signed a 15-unit State Development Agreement in Minnesota, the largest single deal in the brand's history. The agreement introduces the Southern-inspired dessert concept to the state for the first time, with locations planned across Minnesota over the coming years.
The deal is backed by an experienced QSR franchise group with the operational infrastructure to scale multiple units. CEO Greg George called it "an exciting milestone," noting that Minnesota represents "an incredible opportunity for growth."
Founded in 2013 and franchising since 2022, The Peach Cobbler Factory has grown to over 120 locations across 24 states, with more than 150 units currently in development nationwide. The brand's multi-channel approach spans brick-and-mortar stores, mobile trailers, airport venues, and stadium locations, giving franchisees multiple revenue streams. The concept has been pushing hard outside of its Southern roots in recent months, and a state-level deal of this size signals the brand is ready to compete in upper-Midwest markets where it has had zero presence until now.

HomeFront Brands has acquired AdvantaClean, marking a notable full-circle moment for the franchise industry. Jeff Dudan, CEO of HomeFront Brands, originally founded AdvantaClean more than 25 years ago before selling it to Home Franchise Concepts in 2019. He's now bought it back.
The deal adds AdvantaClean as HomeFront's sixth brand and its first acquisition of 2026, expanding a platform that now spans more than 700 territories across the U.S. and Canada. AdvantaClean specializes in light environmental remediation, water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and air duct cleaning — services that have seen growing demand as climate-related damage events increase and awareness of indoor air quality rises.
Dudan did not mince words about what the deal means to him: "My professional career has come full circle as a business I spent my life building for 25 years is now part of our family of brands once again." For HomeFront, the acquisition deepens its restoration and environmental services footprint and reinforces the broader trend toward multi-brand platform consolidation in the franchised home services space. |
The Pack, a franchise concept built around self-defense meets group fitness, has announced its first-ever territory development agreements, totaling 18 units across two markets: eight in Northern New Jersey (Hudson County and Bergen County) and ten in South Florida (Miami and Palm Beach County).
The brand's format is built on a structured, trainer-led class that blends strength training, cardio conditioning, and striking-based self-defense under what it calls its Street Defense programming. The concept is designed to be highly repeatable, with proprietary programming, equipment configuration, and operating systems baked in at the franchise level.
Co-Founder Andy Stenzler said both markets "align perfectly" with the brand's vision, and noted the focus is on partnering with operators capable of delivering a premium, high-energy experience. With 18 units committed before the brand has a single franchise location open, The Pack is making an aggressive early bet that its fitness-meets-self-defense positioning can carve out real space in the crowded boutique fitness category.
