My Mother's Day gift to myself is that I'm going to get all of my work done tonight so that I can wake up tomorrow and spend time with my baby. I can't wait. He's so so sweet.

GO-TO-MARKET TIP OF THE WEEK: 

There's a good chance that there's 1 channel you're investing in that is not serving you. You probably know exactly what channel that is and you're probably wincing at the thought.

Half in is half out. Have the convo and remember a dollar is a dollar. If you have a goal and if that channel is not in service of that goal, a dollar spent in running it/ growing it/ tending to it is a dollar taken from a working source.

BRAND OF THE WEEK:

Tatte Bakery: Was my 1st thought when I touched down in Boston. Had it 3x in 24 hours. It's top of mind because Tatte = Boston to me. I've been programmed that way since I 1st heard about it from my Aunt and Uncle (founder is their neighbor). 

I couldn't remember why it was so top of mind until I realized I have a tote bag from Tatte that my sister bought a few years ago when we were in DC and needed more carry-on room. 

So for years I have had their merch in my life. It's great branding, which is why the tote lived on. I'm not 1 to keep a canvas tote. The font speaks to me. As does the name. I'm always scared I'm saying it wrong, which is a common thread between brands I love (Loewe, Rimowa). 

WEBSITE OF THE WEEK:

Dieux: This email capture is chaos and I've decided I like chaos today. It's animated in like at least 5 places. Really fun, really a lot, really works for them. If chaos is not your brand, nothing to see here.

But if it is... this is just the right amount of nuts. 

Also, I want these eye patches I think. I'm not a Rhode girl. That's an unpopular opinion but it's my opinion.

As mentioned, this is my 1st Mother's Day. A new holiday that entitles me to presents. I should have done this sooner?
