Something urgent came up at work and so I had to drop from the call I was on and my team was working through an email series tied to a site change and I was only there for literally 4 minutes as they were talking through options.
Then I checked my Slack and the FULLY BAKED idea they came up with was something I never even considered and it was a really, really good idea. The cadence was sick, too.
So then we did it the next day. And it absolutely crushed. ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
So the tip is to move fast on really good ideas and to get out of the way! A note to myself!
