Thanks for signing up for yesterday's event, We're Sick of Talking About AI Too. Such a fun, enlightening conversation. And the chat! Y'all have some stories.
Also, a huge thank you to Dr. Ken for spending an hour with us, and to HiBob for making this conversation possible - and for the research that went into it.
Speaking of which: HiBob will be following up separately with the full report that showcases the survey data we talked about.
Here are a few of my favorite moments from this conversation:
Dr. Ken's hot take around minute 9 that most AI conversations aren't actually about AI — they're about the collapse of trust between employees and employers.
The survey data we shared at minute 15: 65% of HR teams are using AI to draft comms, policies, and job descriptions, 30% using it for performance feedback, and 42% said people are using it even where it's not officially supported.
The one thing Dr. Ken wants every HR leader to do differently tomorrow: before any AI project moves forward, force a measurable definition of success. If nobody can tell you what "done" looks like, you don't do it.
