In a nutshell, KidStrong is a membership-based kids enrichment concept built around 45-minute weekly classes that develop physical skills, cognitive ability, character, and community.
Parents pay on a recurring basis, which means the revenue model is sticky by design.
The unit economics are interesting to me: investment comes in under $600K, and middle-quartile AUVs land between $625K and $763K, with stronger performers pushing past $1M.
Princeton Equity (the same firm behind D1 Training and Barry's Bootcamp) just wrote a check, which is a meaningful vote of confidence from a group that knows boutique fitness.
The royalty bumps to 8.5% after 35 months, and this is a people-heavy concept where coach quality drives everything, so it's not a passive play, but for an owner-operator willing to build the right team, the fundamentals here are hard to argue with. |

Consistency in a Nutshell - Reads with Ravi |
I’m a sucker for a good quote. Today, Reads with Ravi caught my attention and had me thinking about all of the things I have been intentionally consistent about, and this is so important to keep in mind when you’re in the middle of a journey.
