La Roche-Posay: My husband went to the Miami Open and came home gushing about La Roche-Posay. He's very brand familiar with them as I've had him on a strict regime for years and this is an important step in his routine.
Not the point.
He went to their booth because they were giving away free samples. And he said, and I quote, "I want them for my tennis bag". He's now tried 2 new-to-him products and you know what that means? He's going to buy them. Because he already likes the brand. And, he likes them more because they also like tennis.
A good use of experiential dollars. A perfect market. They sell $100 hot dogs at this event (which my mom bought for my husband because they went without me. I do not want to talk about it and also, mom, where's my $100?), so I think the customer is qualified here.
