Good Morning Wolf Pack,
Today's newsletter highlights FACE FOUNDRIÉ, a facial bar franchise that's built a sticky, membership-driven model around something people do every few weeks. Now, they’re targeting 100 open locations by year-end.
FACE FOUNDRIÉ is an all-inclusive facial bar offering focused facials, brows, lashes, waxing, and skincare retail at accessible price points — built for busy clients who want real results without the spa markup

The Wolf's Take 🍟
FACE FOUNDRIÉ is a well-designed concept built around something people do repeatedly (in this case, skincare) with a model stripped of all the overhead that makes traditional spas hard to own.
There are open-concept bars, treatments under $99, and a membership layer that generates recurring revenue from day one.
The 2025 FDD shows an average AUV of $738K across 34 mature units on an investment midpoint of ~$409K, which isn’t quite 2x, but top performers are well above it, and multi-unit operators are doubling down hard. One Texas franchisee just expanded to 15 units.
The real watch item for me is that 7% royalty is on the higher end, and esthetician retention is a genuine operational variable.
Hands-on operators in markets where territories are still available should take a look while the window of opportunity is there.
Let this tweet from Rumi be a reminder that a lot can change in a year when you are intentional about making those changes and have small, actionable steps along the way.
As the saying goes, what gets measured gets managed.
