I love Substack. So far, it feels like the personal growth and soul-feeding social media platform I thought could never exist. Even better that you can click into so many of these posts for an even longer essay. It’s as if Tumblr and Goodreads had a baby, and I’m here for it. 

So, today, a few of my favorite liked things from the last few weeks:

1. Everything is available, but nothing feels profound.
2. Just spent two hours crafting a thought, only to realize I don’t agree with it anymore. 
3. Repetition rewires.
4. You’re bored because you don’t have anything to love. 
5. It feels scary because it's unfamiliar, not because you are incapable. 
6. Time as a main character. 
7. The quiet rebellion of a little life

And that’s it. Just a few things to help you think beyond career and more into your life.
