As minimalist as SKIMS clothing itself. Personally, I like plain SMS for long-awaited drops, because suspense = clicks. This isn't the actual drop text. It's a few days after. They broke me down.
If you’re going to invest in MMS, you better be setting a table or mood. I saw this on a 90-degree September day, and immediately needed a cozy sweater, piece of pie (apple, NOT pumpkin), and an autumnal Shop All page.
They had me at convertible gowns, an article of baby clothing I now have strong feelings about. It’s 90 degrees out. My baby boy runs hot, too. But, he'll look precious.
The message is a little long, but it gets my attention, because it’s not just another sale. It’s NEW TO SALE, and it’s personal with “some of your past-season favorites” and “the pieces you loved but almost missed.” And then the flower image instead of a sale item. It's pretty.
Quiz segmentation’s a powerful SMS strategy, and any brand can try it. When you give your audience a low-lift prompt, you get insights AND better engagement with whatever link comes next.
“Because we’ve got a business to run.” The copy made this for me. It’s so good. I think that about Reformation's copy once a day.
