- Tonight (Weds, 9/17) from 5-7 PM - Welcome Drinks at Hotel Magdalena Bar!
- Thursday, 9/18 -
- 8:30 AM - Breakfast & Registration in the Bobbie Nelson Room & Lawn

9:00 AM - Retreat Kick-off in the Bobbie Nelson Room & Lawn

- 5:15 PM - Bus to Closing Party at Butler Pitch & Putt
Two final notes: - Meals - Breakfast and lunch will be provided during the retreat, then drinks and snacks will be provided at the closing party!

Packing - It’s hot in Austin this time of year, so lightweight, comfortable clothes are best – and you might want to bring shorts, sneakers, and a hat for our Closing Party at Butler Pitch & Putt!
