Upcoming cannabis events you’re ganja love
By Kaitlin Domangue
Events are such a great way to gain new perspectives and have new conversations that either strengthen or challenge your current point of view. Below are 3 upcoming cannabis events to close out the year (side note: how are there only 3 months left in 2022?!)
Lucky Leaf Expo
When: October 7-8, 2022
Where: Jackson Convention Complex (Jackson, Missouri)
Lucky Leaf Expo is a B2B cannabis convention with expo’s across the country, and will also be held in 2 other locations between now and the end of the year (I’ll be at the one in Jackson, MS because it’s closer to where I live in St. Louis)!:
- Oklahoma City, OK September 22-23, 2022
- Albuquerque, NM October 21-22, 2022
This is one of the larger conferences with attendees ranging from growers, manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, lawyers, marketers, journalists, and executives in the industry. It’s the perfect event to get a holistic view of the industry, meet folks to discover business opportunities, and to learn more about the rising influence of cannabis.
If you’re looking for a great opportunity to network, this is a great event to attend.
When: November 15-18, 2022
Where: Las Vegas Convention Center (Las Vegas, NV)
If you work in cannabis, then you obviously know of MJBizCon — the oldest and largest trade show of its kind in our industry with 1,400+ exhibitors and 140+ speakers in a gigantic 320,000+ square foot space.
You’ll gain so much insight on various areas of the industry — from finance and marketing to science and legislation — plus the opportunity to connect with just about every leader in our industry.
It’s truly the best of the best. Get early bird pricing through September 29 here.
BONUS EVENT: I’ll be hosting a The Green Paper Meet-up at MJ Biz Con! Want to attend? Email me at [email protected] and let me know!
CannaCosmo Health + Beauty Expo
When: December 14-16, 2022
Where: Mirage Las Vegas Convention Center (Las Vegas, NV)
The CannaCosmo conference is a bit more niche — focusing mainly on the health and beauty side of cannabis. It’s an exciting event to attend to learn more about all the great tech and product innovations happening in cannabis.
I’m particularly excited about this because if you register for the Health + Beauty Expo, you’ll also get admission to the Women Grow Strong Expo. It’s an AMAZING opportunity to network with all the amazing women building in cannabis.
